SHIPPING
- We ship worldwide. All orders are delivered to you by PostNL (NL), UPS or DHL. Please note when you are ordering from outside the EU duties and tax are not included in the price. You have to pay these on delivery.
- Delivery times are for The Netherlands & Europe: 3-5 business days and for the rest of the world: 5-10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible, but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
- When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email with a track & trace number so that you can easily track your order.
- In-Store Pickup: If you choose the in-store pickup option for your online order, you must collect your items at our physical store. You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup.
